Found store does not facilitate refunds or credit for change of mind. If there is a problem with you order, do not hesitate to contact me via email at so we can resolve the issue. As we sell vintage items each piece will have signs of wear unique to that item. If a piece has noticeable damage or signs of wear it will be noted in the description, so please read these carefully and take note of any included pictures.


We offer a $12 flat rate Australia wide. If you are local to the Newcastle area, pickup is available. Please message me via Instagram or email me to organise. 
Orders will be shipped out once a week. Your tracking will be sent to you via email. 

International shipping is available at the expense of the buyer at varied rates. Found store is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred. Please contact me at the above channels if you have any queries. 


To remain as sustainable as possible, minimal packaging (neatly tied with string and placed in a compostable mailer) is used in your orders unless the item is particularly delicate. If you would prefer extra packaging for a gift or to treat yourself, please add a "Gift Wrap" to your cart (found under "Gift" in the drop down menu). Foundstore uses vintage scarves or fabric to wrap your gift so it will still be waste free!
