Refund policy
We hope you love your FOUND piece, but understand that shopping for clothing online doesn’t always work out.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted. Please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery to request a return. Once your return has been approved, the item must be posted back within 7 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked postage service.
Once your return has been received and checked, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrives with an undisclosed issue or is otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
