Fabulous original vintage Sylvie Sydney Australia dress, dating to approximately the late 1960s / early 1970s.
A wonderful statement piece in a cream, mustard, purple and lilac paisley floral print, with short sleeves and a classic A-line silhouette. Finished with large mauve cabochon-style decorative buttons to the front and the original matching fabric belt with buckle.
Made in Australia from a polyester blend with a lightly textured finish.
Best fits approx AU 14-16. Tagged vintage size 18, with the original label stating “to fit bust 40 / to fit hip 44”. Please note that vintage sizing differs considerably from modern Australian sizing, so please refer to the actual garment measurements below rather than relying on the tagged size.
